The principal elements of our quality and environmental policy are to:
- Develop and maintain a QMS satisfying the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001, which forms the framework for achieving continual improvement, complete client satisfaction and full realization of all company objectives
- Focus on the requirements of customers, establishing levels of communication capable of fully determining their needs and expectations
- Set up and maintain internal channels of communication to ensure that directors and employees are kept fully informed of all relevant issues, and are encouraged to contribute to the continual improvement of the company

Bramble.cc is accredited to the ISO 14001 international standard.
Bramble.cc provides solutions and supporting consultancy services which promote the use of environmentally-friendly electronic working and storage, removing the reliance on paper-based products and their related storage, transport and disposal. We also have environmental objectives of balancing the environmental impact of travel against the needs of the business, managing our consumption of electricity in our offices, and recycling effectively.

Investor in People
Bramble.cc is accredited to the prestigous Investors in People (IIP) standard.
Bramble.cc places particular importance on the professional and personal development of its staff. This includes a regular series of events, particularly briefings from the technology vendors in the marketplace. We also run regular events to share knowledge and develop best practice, as well as formal external training events, e.g. for PRINCE2 and MSP. Bramble.cc runs a formal appraisal process in addition to mentoring and coaching.
