Bramble.cc uses your information for the purposes of recruitment, sales and marketing and only for as long as necessary for those purposes. You can request a copy of the details that we hold about you. A small fee may be payable.

Personal information

There are pages on this site where your personal information is collected, such as the form to supply your details to make contact with Bramble.cc or the booking form for an event.

After you provide your details on this form they will be transferred to our internal contacts database. The personal information about you which we collect is: your name, position, organization, telephone number, e-mail address, address and any comments you have.

We use this information to respond to you appropriately, for example, by providing you by e-mail with an update of information about our services and products.

Changing the information we hold about you

If you would like to change the information we hold about you or want to it to be removed from our contacts database, you may do so by e-mailing a request to quality@bramble.cc. We will acknowledge your request and update or remove the information within two weeks.

Third parties

Currently we will not forward the information collected about you to any third parties except where required to do so by law. However, we reserve the right to use in the future another company to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings. If so, the third party will be under the same obligations regarding your personal information as Bramble.cc is and we will only provide the personal information needed to deliver the service. They will be required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and will be prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. At all times, Bramble.cc will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

Cookies and usage information

This site does not use cookies. This site does not use ‘web beacons’ (single-pixel .gif files for tracking page usage).

The server on which the site is held does use standard industry software (eg WebTrends) to collate information about the IP addresses of visitors, so that their number and the pages they see can be tracked. This information is held only temporarily. It does not contain information about you, only the IP address you used on your visit. It is collected in order to provide reports of the site’s usage so that it may be improved to offer more of what visitors are looking for.

Changes to privacy policy

Internet and data privacy best practice are still developing. Bramble.cc therefore reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. If this privacy policy changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances – if any – we will share it with other parties.

Bramble.cc will not, however, revise its commitment to compliance with all relevant information regulations, including the Data Protection Act.
